Is the product ready to eat?: LA VIE™ Cooked Smokey Bacon Bits are Ready to Eat. They can be reheated from frozen, or thawed (defrost time ~12hr) and used cold. If re-heating we recommend frying the product in a little hot oil for only 7 seconds. The product is suitable for all cooking methods, baking, grilling, deep-frying, micro-wave etc.
